What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The information that you are providing is gathered to enable us to contact you in response to your enquiry. the contact form will ask you to provide your name and contact details such as telephone number and email address. This information will only be used to make contact with you in accordance with the method of contact that you selected as preferred.

Who we share your data with

Usually your data wouldn’t be shared with any third parties, however, if you have stated that you are suicidal or at risk of harming other and we are unable to contact you we will pass our concerns to a relevant organization that will be able to support you.

How long we retain your data

When the contact form is completed I will receive the information to a secure email address. Once I have initiated contact the information will be digitally destroyed if no further contact or response is required. If contact cannot be made your information will be destroyed within 15 working days.

What rights you have over your data

You have the right to request to view the data that we hold about you. This can be done via a written request providing details of what you require. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. We ask that you allow 28 calendar days for the response to be sent. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

If the services are undertaken a digital record will be created and stored securely on the cloud. The information will be stored within the EU and not transferred outside of the EU. Files are stored and transferred in an encrypted format to safeguard your data.

What third parties we receive data from

If we receive your contact details as a referral from another practitioner we will assume that you have given permission. If this isn’t the case and that you do not want us to hold your information you can request that it will be removed.
